1. Services

Planitt offers software-as-a-service for market education, algorithmic tooling, and subscription workflows. Content is designed for learning—not as a substitute for licensed investment advice.

We may add, modify, or retire features with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Eligibility & accounts

Users must be 18+ or use the platform with valid guardian consent.
Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
You are responsible for activity performed through your credentials.

3. Billing & subscriptions

Paid modules require an active subscription or one-time purchase.
Billing may recur monthly or annually via Razorpay or Stripe.
Pricing and plan tiers may change with prior notice.
Refunds follow Planitt policy and applicable RBI / gateway rules.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, violate applicable laws, distribute malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale without permission, or infringe intellectual property.

5. Intellectual property

Platform software, branding, course materials, and signal frameworks are owned by Planitt or licensors. Your access is a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for permitted personal use.

6. Disclaimers & liability

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Market and educational content is informational only and does not constitute SEBI-registered investment advice or a solicitation to trade.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to arbitration and/or courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, as applicable.
