Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy describes how users can cancel subscription plans and what happens after cancellation on the PLANITT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD platform.

1. Definitions

  • "Subscription Plan" means recurring monthly or annual paid plans.
  • "Cancellation" means termination of a user subscription by the user or company.
  • "Billing Cycle" means the monthly or annual recurring charge period.
  • "Free Trial" means complimentary pre-paid-access period.
  • "Auto-Renewal" means automatic renewal unless canceled before renewal.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to paid subscribers and free-trial users across Planitt web and mobile apps. It should be read with Terms and Conditions and the Refund Policy.

Cancellation does not automatically create refund eligibility.

3. Cancellation by user

You may cancel through account settings or by writing to privacy@planitt.in.

4. Free trial cancellation

  • Free trial duration is shown on the pricing page.
  • At expiry, trial automatically converts to paid subscription.
  • Users must cancel before expiry to avoid charges.
  • Trial end date tracking remains user responsibility.

5. Effect of cancellation

  • Premium access remains active until current paid period ends.
  • Future recurring charges are stopped after effective cancellation date.
  • Account may continue in limited or free tier unless deleted by user request.
  • Progress and profile data are retained per Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

6. Company-initiated cancellation

  • Possible in case of terms breach, fraud, abuse, or non-payment.
  • May be required due to legal or regulatory directions.
  • Service discontinuation may involve prior notice where applicable.

7. Account reactivation

Reactivation is generally possible by selecting a new plan and completing payment. Promotional rates may not remain available after reactivation.

8. Data retention post-cancellation

Data is retained according to privacy policy and applicable legal retention requirements. Deletion requests can be raised via privacy@planitt.in, subject to mandatory compliance records.

9. Recurring billing and auto-renewal

  • Plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance.
  • Renewal reminders may be sent for user convenience.
  • Failed payments may be retried before plan suspension.
  • To avoid renewal charge, complete cancellation at least 24 hours before renewal.

10. Support and grievance

Contact privacy@planitt.in. Written requests are acknowledged within 48 business hours and resolved as per policy timelines.
