Refund Policy

Mobile App (iOS and Android) and Web Application

This Refund Policy governs all claims for reimbursement arising from purchases made on the PLANITT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD platform and forms a binding agreement between you and the Company.

1. Definitions

  • "Company," "we," "us," or "our" means PLANITT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD.
  • "Platform" means the web, iOS, and Android applications.
  • "Subscription Plan" means recurring monthly or annual paid plans.
  • "Course Purchase" means one-time paid access to course content.
  • "Refund" means a full or partial reversal to the original payment method.
  • "Chargeback" means a transaction reversal initiated by the issuing bank.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to payments processed through Platform payment gateways for subscription plans, free trial conversions, and course purchases.

This policy does not apply to:

  • Transactions covered by separate written agreements.
  • Purchases through third-party resellers, affiliates, or institutional channels.
  • Complimentary or scholarship-based access granted at no cost.

4. Non-refundable cases

  • Account suspension or termination for violation, fraud, or abuse.
  • Failure to cancel free trial before automatic paid conversion.
  • Requests outside the applicable refund window.
  • Course content already accessed, streamed, or downloaded.
  • Change-of-mind requests without a technical or billing error.

5. Refund request process

Submit refund requests in writing to privacy@planitt.in with subject: "Refund Request - [Registered Email] - [Transaction ID]".

  • Include name, registered email, transaction ID, amount, date, and reason.
  • Acknowledgement target: within 48 business hours.
  • Decision target: within 30 calendar days of complete request.
